Mr. Hafron, the partner in charge of the civil litigation division and commercial transaction division, received his undergraduate degree from Drake University, and then graduated from De Paul University Law School. He joined the law firm of Rotenberg, Schwartzman & Richards and acquired considerable experience in commercial, civil and real estate litigation before becoming a founding partner of Rosenfeld Rotenberg Hafron & Shapiro in 1967.
Mr. Hafron has considerable experience and expertise in preparing personal injury cases as well as many other types of civil litigation. If trial is ultimately necessary to conclude the matter, his expertise and preparation afford our clients the best possible result. He has developed a keen sense of business perspective, which is unique in the legal profession. This business sense allows him to analyze a matter, not just from a legal standpoint, but also, and maybe most importantly, from a business and financial viewpoint.
The commercial transaction division represents clients in the purchase and sale of businesses, organizing corporations and other business entities, and general business transactions.
